Mailing and Distribution

Mailing:

 
We offer complete mailing services for a wide variety of requirements. We offer inkjetting 
directly on the mail piece or carrier sheet and inserting into envelopes or polybags, as well as Cheshire labeling directly to the piece or over shrink-wrap.

Distribution:

Subscription List Maintenance:

• Add names, changes of address, deletions
• Furnish and address Cheshire labels
• Furnish and address peel-n-stick labels 
• Supply CD or E-mail list   

Complete subscription fulfillment:

A charge per name per year, which includes complete file maintenance, sending out two 
renewal notices, depositing monies received, forward a monthly statement, providing one set 
of mailing labels for each issue.  Reports and counts will be furnished upon request.  This is 
based on prepaid subscriptions.

The charge for initial set-up will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

We offer the use of VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS charge accounts.

• Single copies
• Cartons packed
• Restocking for returns
• Storage
